2009 St. Jude Prince "Brice"

Brice is an 8 1/2 year old boy who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when he was 18 months old. January 2003 before his 3rd b-day in Feb. we found a brain tumor wrapped around his optic nerves. The doctors attempted to do surgery but were able to only remove a small amount. He lost most of his sight with this surgery. He has had a total of three craniotomies and a few other surgeries. He did 75 weeks of chemotherapy and 6 weeks of radiation. Right now he is on an every six month visit to St. Jude?s and the tumor is being monitored. Brice is in second grade at Woodvale Elem. He loves to play sports which they have set up handicap soccer and baseball team that he is on. Brice is a very out going kid. He smiles and sings all the time. If you get him in a conversation, plan on being there a while because he likes to tell stories. He loves to go on trips where ever, he is not picky. I can go on forever.
